Health & Well Being

The personalised care plan is at the heart of what we do at ARCH. Right from the start, we work with clients and their family to create a comprehensive assessment of their health and well-being requirements. The resulting care plan becomes the blueprint that guides our trained staff in their tasks of looking after your loved one. We regularly update our staff’s skills and training to ensure that they are in the best position to meet the care needs of our clients. In this regard we prioritise dementia and mental health training and also have senior leadership currently enrolled in the St Luke’s End of Life training programme.

As part of our standard practice, we liaise with a GP practice for ongoing health needs of our clients and a district nurse is available for call outs as needed. We also have regular visits by a professional hairdresser and a private chiropodist.
